www.shubhambooksonline.com/ OR “Shubham Sahitya” does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.
www.shubhambooksonline.com/ OR “Shubham Sahitya” will accept exchange of the books purchased through the website www.shubhambooksonline.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below…
- Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the books received by the buyer are in broken condition. Only such broken / damaged books will be considered for return and exchange thereafter.
- Buyer has to inform www.shubhambooksonline.com/ OR “Shubham Sahitya” of his OR her intention to exchange the broken / damaged books within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his OR her shipping address.
- Such broken / damaged books should be sent to “Shubham Sahitya” only after written email consent from www.shubhambooksonline.com/ OR “Shubham Sahitya” to send back the book.
- All exchanges will be made after we receive the returned shipment of broken / damaged books. This is to confirm that you really received broken / damaged books. The courier charges for returning the books will be borne by www.shubhambooksonline.com/ OR “Shubham Sahitya”.
- Within 3 days of receipt of the books, the broken / damaged books are to be sent back to the following address…
